چکیده
The compaction and consolidation process of a regenerated roof can be divided into two stages, namely, secondary fragmentation crushed rock masses pore structure adjustment. Therefore, the mechanical properties differs significantly from those primary roof. We performed confined compression tests mudstones sandy using self-developed testing apparatus. studied influence moisture content, ratio, particle size, volume-based degradation on characteristics based microscopic morphology masses. Further, degrees these factors stability consolidated bodies were determined. mechanism each factor compressive shear strengths was revealed. results indicated that involved constant adjustment contact stress states Under uniaxial shearing, presented features ductile failure. ratio size most important influencing in bodies. we carried out an orthogonal experiment built multivariate nonlinear regression model to quantitatively characterize combined behavior

Monitoring Roller Vibration During Compaction of Crushed Rock
Real-time monitoring during soil compaction can be made possible by utilizing the vibration signature of a vibratory roller compactor. The compactor and soil constitute a coupled dynamic system, albeit complex and nonlinear. As the soil density increases and its mechanical properties change, the dynamic response of the compactor will change. Developing a thorough knowledge of the relationship b...

15 صفحه اولOn the Compaction and Viscous Behavior of Deep-Water Reservoirs
There have been many studies on reservoir compaction where different mechanisms being suggested as the reasons behind the integrity of unconsolidated reservoirs during production. Theory of poroelasticity is often used to evaluate the likelihood of compaction under these circumstances, but it is often failed to explain the creep behavior of unconsolidated formations. In this study, attempts are...
متن کاملFree mica grains in crushed rock aggregates
Enrichment of free mica (i.e. as monomineralic grains) in the fine fraction of crushed rock aggregates affects the quality of the aggregate end product. Granitoid rock from the Svecofennian Province were used as being representative of crushed rock aggregates commonly used for construction purposes. The results reveal a general trend of enrichment of mica for finer fractions. For the coarse gra...
